SINGLE PHASE - 2 WIRE
Fused Disconnect Switch
WITH PRESSURE SWITCH
1.
Make sure power supply is turned off at Fused Disconnect
Switch.
2.
Connect two leads of motor drop cable to the Load side of
the Pressure Switch

3.
Connect two leads from the Line side of Pressure Switch
to the two terminals in Fused Disconnect Switch. Be sure
correct size fuses are used in Fused Disconnect Switch to
give proper motor protection.
AN EFFECTIVE MOTOR GROUND
MUST BE INSTALLED TO
COMPLY WITH LOCAL CODES.

WITH PRESSURE SWITCH
1.
Make
sure
power
supply
is turned
off
at
Fused
Disconnect Switch. Refer to wiring diagram in control box.
2.
Connect the color code motor drop cable to the control
box terminals, making sure the BLACK wire is connected
to the terminal marked "BLACK" the YELLOW wire to the
terminal marked "YELLOW" and the RED wire to the ter-
minal marked "RED." THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
3.
Connect the leads from L1 and L2 terminals in the control
box to the Load side of Pressure Switch.
Replace cover on the Control Box.
Connect the leads from Line side of Pressure Switch to
the two terminals in the Fused Disconnect Switch. Be
Sure correct size fuses are used
in Fused
Disconnect
Switch to give proper motor protection.
Well Casing
6.
Connect Ground Wire from Control Box to Steel Riser
Pipe or Steel Well Casing, or provide adequate ground.
