AERMOTOR WATER SYSTEMS
LIMITED WARRANTY
Your new Aermotor pump is warranted to be free from mechanical defects in material and workmanship and to perform as
claimed in descriptive literature. This warranty does NOT cover damage to controls, pipe, and accessories nor labor involved
in repairing or replacing the pump. It also does NOT cover damage caused by misapplication, faulty installation or abuse of
the product.
Any Aermotor pump that becomes inoperative within the warranty period, due to defects in materials or workmanship, shall
be replaced at Aermotor's option free of charge. The inoperative pump must be shipped, freight prepaid, to the nearest
Aermotor branch within thirty (30) days from date of failure.
WARRANTY PERIOD — AERMOTOR A-PLUS SUPER SUB AND "S" SERIES STAINLESS STEEL 4" SUBMERSIBLES
The warranty period for all Aermotor A-PLUS SUPER
SUB and *S" SERIES 4" Submersible Pump Ends is thirty-six (36)
months from date of initial installation, or forty-two (42) months from date of manufacture, whichever occurs first. This war-
ranty applies to mechanical defects in material, workmanship, AND premature failure due to pumping of abrasive solutions.
WARRANTY
PERIOD — AERMOTOR "T" SERIES 4" SUBMERSIBLES
The warranty period for all "T" Series 4" Submersible Pump Ends is twelve (12) months from date of initial installation, or
twenty-four (24) months from date of manufacture, whichever occurs first. This warranty applies to mechanical defects in
material and workmanship only.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AERMOTOR
BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
THE FOREGOING
WARRANTIES
ARE EXCLUSIVE
AND !N LIEU OF ALL OTHER
EXPRESS WARRANTIES,
IMPLIED
WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WAR-
RANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN.
Aermotor reserves the absolute right to make changes in specifications and materials and to repair or replace the Aermotor
pump with products of comparable quality and performance.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Contact

ranty or service under this warranty.
FRANKLIN ELECTRIC 4" SUBMERSIBLE MOTOR
LIMITED WARRANTY
Franklin Electric warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and material, will perform consistently
with samples previously supplied and will conform to the specifications published or agreed to between Purchaser and
Franklin Electric for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation (but in no event beyond two (2) years from the date
of manufacture).
Any Franklin Electric product found to be defective within the warranty period shall be repaired, replaced, or taken back for
credit by Franklin Electric, at Franklin Electric's sole election. No allegedly defective product shall be returned to Franklin
Electric, however, without Franklin Electric's prior written authorization and shipping instructions.
THE WARRANTY STATED IN THIS SECTION IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (EXCEPT FOR FRANKLIN ELEC-
TRIC'S WARRANTY OF TITLE); WRITTEN OR ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRAN-
TY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
