MAINTENANCE
Danger due to electrical voltage!
Handling the machine with connected power supply may result in serious injury or
death.
Always disconnect the machine from the power supply before cleaning, maintenance
or repair work and secure it against unintentional reconnection!
Die Maschine ist wartungsarm und enthält nur wenig Teile, die der Bediener einer Instandhaltung
unterziehen muss. Störungen oder Defekte, die die Sicherheit der Maschine beeinträchtigen
können, umgehend beseitigen lassen.
Only a regularly serviced and well-maintained machine can be a satisfactory tool. Poor
maintenance and care can lead to unforeseeable accidents and injuries. Repairs that
require special expertise should only be carried out by authorized service centers.
Improper intervention can damage the appliance or endanger your safety.
Regularly check that the warning and safety instructions on the machine are present and in a
perfectly legible condition. Check that the safety equipment is in perfect condition before each
operation! When storing the machine, it must not be kept in a damp room and must be protected
against the influence of weather conditions.
Before using the machine for the first time and every 100 working hours thereafter, apply a thin
layer of lubricating oil or grease to all moving connecting parts (if necessary, clean chips and dust
with a brush beforehand)..

After each workshift: Remove chips and dust from the device
After 10 hours of operation:

• For long cuts use the guide rails (G)
• If you stuck all 3 guide rails together a
maximum length of 1,26,m is possible
Use the G-clamp to fix the miter base and the
guide rails.
