OPERATION
12.1
Delivery content
Check the delivery immediately for transport damage and missing parts. Report any damage or
missing parts to your dealer or the shipping company immediately. Visible transport damage must
also be noted immediately on the delivery note in accordance with the provisions of the warranty,
otherwise the goods are deemed to have been properly accepted.
12.2
Operation instructions
Only operate the machine when it is in perfect working order. A visual inspection of the machine must
be carried out before each operation. Safety devices, electrical cables and operating elements must
be checked carefully. Check screw connections for damage and tightness..
12.3
Check before commissioning
Check that the speed of the machine is lower than the maximum permissible speed of the
•
saw blade used.
Check that the saw blade rotation and saw blade dimensions match the machine.

Check that the saw blade guard is working properly.
Check whether the stops are set correctly and the saw blade is tightened.

Check that the saw blade can run freely.
•

Always set the cutting depth 2 mm deeper than the workpiece thickness. This ensures a
satisfactory cutting result.
•
Check that the cable and plug are in perfect condition
•
That the safety instructions have been observed and followed

• Lift the lock lever to release the cutting depth
setting clamp (7)
• Move indicator to the desired depth of cut
• Lower the lock lever to secure depth of cut
• Set cutting depth to maximum
• Press and hold the spindle lock button (16)
• Use Inner hexagon wrench to loosen and
remove the flange screw (8)
• Press the safety lock button (3) to lift up the
base plate (18)
• Change saw blade and fix them in reverse
order

Note the running direction of the saw blade
shown with the arrow and indication of
direction on machine
• Connect the plug to the power supply (230V):
The power on light (14) is on
• Push ON/OFF switch (5)
• Push the lock-off button (6) forward with the
forefinger
• The machine is running until releasing the
ON/OFF-switch
