HRC
Select mode "HRC", then press ENTER to enter HRC mode selection, press UP or DOWN to
select 55%, 75%, 90%, 100% respectively, press ENTER to confirm to enter the setup time --
-- distance ---- calorie---HRC. you can press START to start running.

Resistance changes according to heart rate during running, resistance decreases
when the heart rate is higher than the target heart rate and increases when the heart
rate is lower than the target heart rate.
FITNESS
Select the mode "FITNESS", then press ENTER to confirm the mode to enter the exercise
test mode, the resistance is fixed at 6 gears, the time is fixed at 12 minutes, you can press
START to start running. 12 minutes countdown is over, according to the total distance of the
exercise, as well as the user's gender and age to display the final result F1 -F5, the level
