Inserting and Removing the
Battery Pack
(Fig. 2)
To Insert the Battery Pack
1. Slide charged Battery Pack 8 into the
housing until the battery pack locks into
position.
Your tool is equipped with a secondary lock-
ing latch to prevent the battery pack from
completely falling out of the handle, should
it become loose due to vibration.
To Remove the Battery Pack
2. Press the Battery Pack Release Button
7 and slide the Battery Pack 8 from the
housing.
3. Press the Battery Pack Release Button
7 again and slide the Battery Pack 8
completely out of tool housing.

The stapler is equipped with a pre-installed
Utility Hook 11 which may be removed then
installed on the other side or removed com-
pletely from the stapler.
Removing the Utility Hook
Using a 4 mm hex key, remove the screw on
the opposite side of the Utility Hook 11. The
Utility Hook 11 may now be reassembled on
the other side of the stapler; ensure screw is
properly tightened.
