even cooking and may damage the appliance or cause it to overheat may result in fire or

POWER CORD INSTRUCTIONS:
A short power-supply cord or detachable power-supply cord is provided to reduce risks
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Longer detachable
power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in
their use. If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
a. The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as
great as the electrical rating of the appliance;
b. The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop
where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally; and
c. If the appliance is of the grounded type, the cord set or extension cord should be a
grounding type 3-wire cord.
Do not pull, twist or otherwise abuse the power cord.
Do not wrap the power cord around the main body of the appliance during or after use.
1. When in use, always use oven mitts or potholders when touching any outer or inner
surface of the oven, or when handling accessories.
2. To reduce risk of fire, keep oven interior clean and free of food, oil, grease, and any other
combustible materials.
3. Do not use metal utensils such as knives to remove food residue from the heating
elements as this can damage the appliance as well as lead to electrocution.
4. Do not store any materials in the oven when not in use.
