HALF CAVITY
• To use one half cavity, insert the divider wall and select A or B icon for desired side cavity.
A or B are blinking. Make sure that the crumb tray is inserted.
• Tap your desired preset to select it. If you wish to adjust the time, or the temperature, turn
the corresponding dial and press to select.
• Once the preset, time, and temperature have been selected add the cooking tray of your
choice with food and press Start/Stop to begin cooking.
• When cooking is started, the cavity indicator and the start/stop button stops blinking.
"PRE" is displayed indicating the unit is preheating.
• Once preheated, the temperature, time and preset for cavity A are displayed on the left
side of the control panel. If cavity B was selected instead, temperature, time and preset
for cavity B are displayed on the right side of the control panel (time and temperature are
displayed alternatively)
• You can adjust the time and temperature at any time during the cooking process using the
corresponding dials. Selection will be confirmed automatically after 3 seconds. The screen
will alternate to show time and temperature.
BOTH CAVITIES AT THE SAME TIME
• To use one half cavity, insert the divider wall and select A or B icon for desired side cavity.
Make sure that the crumb tray is inserted.
• Tap your desired preset to select it. If you wish to adjust the time, and temperature as
explained above.
• Select the remaining cavity and program it in the same manner as mentioned above. Once
both cavities are prepped, press Start/Stop to begin cooking.
• When cooking is started, the cavity indicators will alternate and the start/stop button stops
blinking. "PRE" is displayed indicating the unit is preheating.
• The displays will alternate the cooking time and temperature of cavity A and B alternatively.
The settings of cavity A are displayed on the left of the control panel. The settings of cavity
B are displayed on the right of the control panel.
• You can adjust the time and temperature at any time during the cooking process, by
selecting the letter of the cavity you wish to adjust first, and then turn the dial to change
the setting. Selection will be confirmed automatically after 3 seconds.
COOKING WITH THE MATCH FUNCTION
• Match cook is a convenient function enabling to program the same temperature and
cooking time on both sides, easily.
• With separator on, select cavity A or B. Selected cavity is blinking. Select a preset. Selected
preset is blinking. Start/stop is blinking.
• (optional) turn time dial to adjust, press dial to validate (or auto-validate after 3 seconds).
• (optional) turn temperature dial to adjust, press dial to validate (or auto-validate after 3
seconds).
• Press "Match Cook". The preset, time and temperature selected for the initial cavity are
automatically copied onto the other (and preset is blinking).
• (optional) turn time dial to adjust, press dial to validate (or auto-validate after 3 seconds).
• (optional) turn temperature dial to adjust, press dial to validate (or auto-validate after 3
seconds).
• Press start/Pause to start cooking. Start/stop is on, steady.
• Display will display alternatively setting / remaining time / temperature of Cavity A and B.
(A settings are displayed on the left side of the display, B settings are displayed on the right
side)
• "PRE" is displayed until the target temperatures are reached
