Fig 4.4 Menu "Conversion Curves"
No Conversion
Select "No Conversion".
At the end of a measurement series, only the average of
the rebound values R in relation to the impact direction is
displayed.
The corresponding compressive strengths of the con-
crete can be taken from the conversion curves in Fig. 8.1
and Fig. 8.2 under "Standard Conversion Curves",
Internal Conversion Curves
Parameters a, b and c of the curve functions must first
be set in the sub-menu "Set up curve".
• Under line number 1 to 5 (3 from Version 4.0 on),
select the conversion curve.

Select PROCEQ Standard Curves
For the derivation of the PROCEQ Standard curves,
refer to "Derivation of the PROCEQ Standard Conversion
Curves".
• Select conversion curve A in line no. 7 for concrete
with an age of 7 days (fck7) or the conversion curve in
line no. 7 (5 ab version 4.0) for concrete with an age of
14 - 56 days (fck28).
Set "Japan"-Curves (from version 4 .0)
In addition to the two well known curves from Proceq SA,
we provide you four new curves developed in Japan that
were based on exhaustive tests.
Portland Cement J for concrete with Portland cement
(similar to curve B-Proceq)
Early Strength J
for early strength concrete made
from Portland cement
Blast Furnace J
for concrete made from blast
Furnace cement
Average Curve J
is the mean curve of curves 6, 7 and 8
nb: In Japan, only the curve "Average" is used.
We recommend using the individual curves if the
respective concrete quality is known.
The four curves are shown in Fig. 2.7 together with the
B-Proceq curve.
