Functioning
WARNING
Do not spread salt on the refractory slab, do
not cool the slab using a cloth moistened in
cold water, and use only pizza dough; this
will prevent deterioration of the refractory
slab and hence allow properly baking the
pizza.
- You can change the parameters during baking by
acting on the relative buttons as explained above.
- If some of the parameters of a baking program have
been changed, the changed parameters will NOT be
kept in memory when the oven is turned off.
IMPORTANT
Do a few baking tests to find the correct parameters.
5.13 - EMERGENCY RESET (Fig. 12)
To restore oven operation after an emergency
button (1) has been pressed:
- Release the pressed button by pulling it.
- Wait for the display (2) to come on, then
press the oven power button (3)
