8.2 First start up
During the first ignition of the appli-
ance, make sure the rooms are prop-
erly ventilated as unpleasant odours
or fumes may be generated due to the
evaporation or drying of certain mate-
rials used. This phenomenon will grad-
ually disappear.
After connecting the electrical power supply and
the display, close the appliance by sliding it on
its guides until you are sure that the automatic
locking system has engaged, making sure that
the flexible hoses are pulled back into the space
provided and that the power cables are tidy, then
turn the power switch located on the back of the
appliance to position "I".
If the connection is correct, the appliance emits
a series of intermittent noises and the display
lights up.
