CAUTION! Risk of injury caused by
leaking electrolyte solution. Do not expose
the battery to extreme conditions such as
heat and shocks. In case of contact with
eyes or skin, rinse the affected sites with
water or a neutralizer and seek medical
attention.

charged up in dry areas.

Notes
• Supply the device only with SELV
(Safety Extra Low Voltage) as indicated
by the label on the device.
• Charge the battery before using it for
the first time.
• Observe the applicable safety instruc-
tions as well as the regulations and in-
formation relating to on environmental
protection.
• Defects resulting from improper hand-
ling are not covered by the guarantee.
Procedure
1. Connect the USB-C charging cable
(12) to a power adapter.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to
the charging socket (7) of the device.
3. Connect the power adapter to a mains
outlet.

Switching on
1. Select the direction of rotation with the
rotation direction switch (9).
2. Press and hold the On/off switch (10).
Switching off
1. To turn it off, release the on/off switch
(10).
2. Wait until the power tool has stopped
before placing it down.
3. When taking a break: Set the direc-
tion of rotation switch (9) to the centre.
These safety measures prevent acci-
dentally starting the power tool.
The LED work light (8) can still be used
when the switch lock is active. To do this,
press the on/off switch.
Transport
Information on transporting the device:
• Turn off the device. Make sure that all
moving parts have come to a complete
stop.
• Always carry the device by the handle
(6) or use the storage bag included in
the delivery (14).
