Step 6.
Verify Isolation
Ensure the charger is powered OFF. There should be no LED lights on, screen dis-
play should be dark/empty, and no power should be available when the connector
is plugged into an EV or EV simulator.
Step 7.
Turn Equipment On
After completing the maintenance or service repair, ensure the charger is properly
reassembled and clear all tools from the work area. Ensure all personnel are in a
safe area and all controls are neutralized. Then remove the tag and lock from the
device and turn on the energy source.
2.6. Pre-Installation Safety Check
• Check for transport damages.
• Before connecting the product to the power supply, check the power supply voltage and current
rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the product rating label. The factory
default value is 48A. No adjustment is required.

The charger must be installed only by a licensed electrician in accordance with
the provisions of the local electrical industry construction and should comply with
National Electrical Codes and standards.
Before installing the charger, make sure you have read all of these instructions in
this manual and fully understand its contents.
Appropriate protection is required when connecting to a main switchboard. The
tools and parts used as outlined in Section 2.8. Tools & Parts Required for Installa-
tion .

Failure to do so may result in physical injury or damage to the power
supply system and the charger.

Avoid touching or pressing the LCD screen, as this may result in da-
mage to the LCD screen.
