Die Montage eines zusätzlichen Kegels auf
jede Seite:
Lösen Sie die Schrauben (1) der oberen
Abdeckung und entfernen Sie diese.
Lösen Sie die Schrauben in der Scheibe
und entfernen Sie diese zusammen mit dem
Schnellwechselsystem.
Befestigen Sie die Mähekegel (2) mit dem
Schnellwechselsystem (verkleben Sie die
Schrauben und drehen Sie sie mit 72 Nm
Moment an).
Befestigen Sie den oberen Deckel (3)
(verkleben Sie die Schrauben und drehen
Sie sie mit 35 Nm Moment an).
Überprüfen
Schnellwechselsystem
positioniert ist (beim Messerwechsel dürfen
die Träger nicht stocken).
Nehmen Sie das Gerät wieder in Betrieb
und beobachten Sie, ob es zu Vibrationen
kommt.
Bei Vibrationen muss die Genauigkeit der
Montage überprüft werden.

Installation of an additional cone to both
sides:
Unscrew the bolt (1) of the top lid and
remove it.
Unscrew the bolt of the disk and remove it
together with the quick hitch.
Attach the mow cone (2) with quick
coupling (tighten and bond bolts with a
torque of 72 Nm).
Attach the upper cover (3) (tighten and
bond bolts with a torque of 35 Nm).
Check if the quick coupling is correctly
positioned (when replacing blades, the
bearings should not come into contact).
Restart the machine and observe for
possible vibrations.
If there is any vibration, it is necessary to
check if the installation has been done
correctly.
