Unsatisfactory wash results
Possible cause
The dishes were not ar-
ranged correctly.
The selected program was
not suitable.
Not enough detergent was
used.
Individual dishes are
blocking the path of the
spray arm.
The filter (5) is not inserted
or is fitted incorrectly.
Hard water can lead to li-
mescale deposits.
Aluminium cutlery/acces-
sories have come into con-
tact with the plates.
The lid of the detergent
compartment was blocked
by dishes.
Solution
Arrange the dishes correctly (see
section "10.7. Arranging the dishes
and cutlery" on page 25).
Select a more intensive program
(see section "1 1.5. Selecting a
wash program" on page 31.
Use more or another detergent.
Rearrange the dishes so that the
spray arm can move freely.
Clean and/or insert the filter cor-
rectly. Also clean the spray arm
(see section "12.3. Cleaning the
appliance" on page 37).
Check the water softener settings
or the salt container level.
Use a mild detergent to remove
the spots.
Rearrange the dishes.
