• Do not train for longer than 20 to 30 minutes
per unit, depending on the selected load on
your muscles and intensity.
• Listen to your body and know your limits.
• Drink plenty of water.
• We recommend using an Antelope electrode
contact agent, especially if you suffer from dry
skin.
Setting the intensity level
You can set your preferred intensity level at the
start of each training session. Press the plus
button to increase the intensity and the minus
button to reduce the intensity. Depending on the
intensity, you will first feel a tingling sensation,
followed by muscle contractions later on. Never
set the intensity to a level that is beyond your
comfort zone.
The intensity can only be adjusted when
the electrodes are in contact with your
skin. If they lose contact with the skin dur-
ing the training session, the intensity level
will automatically drop to zero.
Stopping pulses that are too strong
You can reduce the intensity at any time by press-
ing the minus button or switch off the device
again by pressing the power button (~ 2 sec-
onds). If you remove the belt from your stomach,
meaning the electrodes lose contact with the
skin, the intensity level will automatically return to
zero. Voltage will no longer be applied when they
come into contact with the skin again.
Preventing unwanted pulse
changes
To prevent unintentional increases in intensity
during a training session, simply switch on the
button lock. To do this, press and hold the power
