8. Operation
The charger can be supplied with power via either an XT60 con-
nection (1) or a round socket (2) (input voltage 9 - 15 V/DC). This
allows for operation via a 2 - 4-cell LiPo battery or a power adapter,
for example.
Attention!
Only one of the two connections for the power supply may
be used. If a battery and power adapter are connected at
the same time, there is a risk of fire or explosion.
If a battery is used as the power supply, ensure that it
is as fully charged as possible. In addition, it must have
sufficient capacity and be able to supply a correspond-
ingly high discharging current.
If a power adapter is used, it must be able to supply a
sufficiently high current. At full load (max. charging cur-
rent on all charging channels + USB output), it must be
able to supply a minimum of 45 W!
Once the charger has been connected to the power supply, all 6
LED indicators turn red and "888" appears on the display (7). The
LED indicators then change to green and the display shows the
input voltage. The currently set charging current is then displayed.
The charger then checks all 6 charging channels, the LED indica-
tors of each charging channel light up. All LEDs extinguish once
the self-test is complete. The charger emits 2 beeps.
