Ingredients:
1½ cups blueberries
¾ cup sugar
cup water

Place ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce
heat and simmer 7 minutes or until berries are tender and mixture begins
to thicken. Cool 5 minutes. Puree mixture using a blender or an immersion
blender until smooth. Drizzle over "Orange-Basil French Toast".
Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients:
1¼ cups flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon salt
1¼ cup buttermilk
¾ cup canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg
Method:
Insert the removable plates, choosing the side with the flat griddle
surfaces. Lift the handle of the griddle and press the Lid Switch to release
the griddle and allow it to open completely and lie flat, parallel with
the countertop. Turn the Position Control Knob to "Open" and the
Temperature Control Knob to 375°f. The Ready light will illuminate as
soon as the griddle is preheated.
