Faults and correction
Fault
The product keeps going out.
The product is not standing securely.
Mould has formed inside the product.

Cause
The fire inside the product is not getting
enough oxygen.
The product has not been placed in the
frame correctly.
After lengthy disuse mould can form
because of moisture in the air or food
remnants not being removed, for
instance.
Solution
Make sure that the smoke vent (2b)
and the air inlet (2c) are not completely
closed. Regulate the oxygen supply as
described under the heading "Use",
section "Temperature regulation".
Place the base unit (2) of the product in
the frame as shown in fig. D.
Clean the product as described under
the heading "Storage, cleaning".
