• Place the product on a secure
and even surface before use.
• Use only fuel that conforms to
DIN EN 1860-2.
• NOTICE! Do not use spirit or
petrol for lighting or relighting!
Use only firelighters complying
to EN 1860-3.
• Light the fuel only in an area
protected from the wind.
• Set the product up so that it is
standing at least 1m away from
highly flammable materials.
• Do not leave the product
unattended. Make sure that
the fuel is fully spent and has
cooled down before removing
the ashes.
• Flammable liquids poured onto
the hot coals produce flash
flames or detonations. Never
use liquid lighting fuels such as
petrol or spirit. Do not add fuel
soaked in lighting fuel to the
embers.
Avoiding material
damage!
• During use the screw connec-
tions can gradually become
loose and affect the product's
stability. Check the screws for
tightness before each use. If
necessary, tighten all screws
once again to make sure that
the product stands secure.
• Do not sit or stand on the pro-
duct.
• Do not use the product if any
parts are missing, damaged, or
worn.
• Do not use water to extinguish
the fuel.
• Check the product for damage
and wear before each use.
The product may be used only
when in good working order
and condition!
Assembly

terial are not toys for children to

• Never leave children unsu-
pervised with the packaging
material or with small product
parts. Risk of suffocation!
Note: For assembly you need
both a phillips screwdriver (not
included in delivery) and the
tool (11).
• Assemble the product as shown
in figs. B-E. To prevent unwant-
ed material stresses, wait until
assembly is complete before
tightening all screws securely.
Use

Improper handling of the product
can lead to personal injury as
well as damage to the product.
• Stand the product on a surface
that is easily accessible, even,
dry, heat-resistant, non-flamma-
ble and sufficiently stable (e.g.
concrete floor, soil).
• The product may never be used
on a wooden floor or any other
flammable set-up area.
• The product may not be used
on a table or similar work
surface.
• Keep a minimum distance of
1m around the product in all
directions.
• Never carry the product by its
hinges as they might break.
• The product is very heavy. Al-
ways have two people carry it.
1. Set up the frame at the desired
location.
Note: Select a stable, fireproof
base. If you wish to stand the
frame on a grass surface, first lay
paving stones at the desired loca-
tion. These will guarantee that it
stands securely.
2. Two people are required to lift
the base unit into the frame.
3. Adjust the air supply with
the perforated grid at the air
intake (2c).
Lighting the fuel
