5.8 CONNECTION WITH EXTERNAL AIR
INTAKE (OPTIONAL KIT)
Follow national and local building regulations for
connection to the external air intake.
Use the stove's airtight combustion system if you
live in a newly built, airtight house.
The air intake must be installed in such
a w a y t h a t i t c a n n o t b e o b s t r u c t e d .
The air used for combustion in any well-insulated
house must have a change of air. This is especially
important in houses with mechanical ventilation.
Replacement air can be obtained in several ways.
The most important thing is to supply the room
in which the stove is placed with air.

Connect external combustion air via a ventilation
pipe through the wall or floor.
The amount of combustion air for this type of
product is about 20-40 m
To make the connection with external air intake,
proceed as described below:

Use cutters to cut the cover at the
bottom of the stove
Connect the 80 mm diameter pipe (A),
supplied in the kit, to the combustion
air inlet pipe
Tighten the clamp (B) on the outer
side with the screwdriver
