Do not use adaptors or
conversion adapters with the
product . Do not use mains
socket strips or a cord extension
set with the product .
Do not use the product while the
vehicle's motor is running .
Do not leave the product in the
vehicle . The product could be
irreparably damaged when
outside temperatures are high .
Do not position the product in
water or in places where water
can collect .
During cleaning, do not immerse
the product in water or other
liquids . Never hold the product
under running water .
Do not use any solvents or
cleaning solutions on the
product . Clean the product only
with a slightly moistened cloth .
Do not touch the mains plug or
the type 2 plug with wet hands .
The product shall not be
covered:
–while charging
–whilst it is connected to the
mains socket
The product shall be easily
accessible . Always ensure that
the product can be easily and
quickly pulled out of the vehicle/
mains socket .
Do not connect the product to
a faulty or unsuitable mains
socket .
Use the product only with an
residual current device (RCD)
protected mains socket .
Remove the mains plug from
the mains socket and the
type 2 plug from the vehicle:
–if you are not using the product
–if you are doing cleaning work
–if the product is damaged
–after the ingress of foreign
objects or in the event of
abnormal noises
–before undertaking any
maintenance works
Before connecting the product
to the mains socket, check that
the voltage and current rating
corresponds with the mains
socket details shown on the
product's rating label .
The type 2 plug must fit into the
socket of the vehicle . The mains
plug and the type 2 plug must
not be modified in any way .
When the product is not in use,
always put the cover cap on the
type 2 plug .
