room area installed in the table below. The calculation result is based on the Ducted-mounted unit, and
the installation height is no less than 7.2ft (2.2m).

Upon receiving this product, inspect it for any shipping damage. Claims for damage, either apparent or

concealed, should be filed immediately with the shipping company in written format.
Check the model number, electrical characteristics (power supply, voltage and frequency) and

accessories to determine if they are correct. The standard operation procedure of the unit is explained
in this manual. In case of any problem, please contact local dealer. Hitachi shall not be liable for defects
arising due to alterations made by the customer without Hitachi's consent in a written form.
The standard utilization of the unit shall be explained in these instructions. Therefore, the utilization of
the unit other than those indicated in these instructions is not recommended. Please contact your local
agent, as the occasion arises.
