1. When using both front and rear belts of the 4-point securement system, fix the wheelchair to the snap-hooks
assembled in the vehicle. Refer to the User Manual provided with the 4-point securement system.
Anchoring positions for the front belts
1. Fix the front belts onto the wheel stands.
2. Fasten the front belts to the snap-hooks system according to the instructions suggested by the safety belt supplier.
3. Release the parking brakes and fix the front tensioning belts pulling the wheelchair backwards.
4. Reactivate the parking brakes.
Anchoring positions for the snap-hooks at the rear
1. Fix the snap-hooks to the carbon fibre axle.
2. Fix the rear belts to the sideboard system according to the instructions suggested by the securement belt supplier.
3. Tighten the belts.
IMPORTANT!
Make sure the snap-hooks are covered by non-slip material in order to avoid side
sliding of the axle.
IMPORTANT!
Check that the pivots are completely inserted on both sides and placed in the same
position as the sideboard section. Make sure that inclination between the snap-hooks
and the belts is between 40° and 45°.
Adjustment of the posture support belt
CAUTION!
The posture support belt must be used in addition, but it can never replace a
homologated safety system for passengers (3-point belt).
1. Adjust the posture maintenance belt so that it adapts to the wheelchair user.

Fixing of the 3-point securement system for passengers
CAUTION!
Make sure the 3-point securement system for passengers is fixed to the user's body as
tight as possible, without causing constraint to the user nor twisting of the belt.
Make sure the 3-point securement system is not kept away from the user's body by
any part of the wheelchair such as armrests or wheels, etc.
Make sure the user's safety system goes from the user to the anchoring point without
any interference by any other part of the vehicle, wheelchair, seats or accessorises.
Make sure the sub-abdominal belt passes exactly on top of the user's pelvis and that it
does not slide up towards the abdominal zone.
Make sure the user is able to reach the release mechanism without any need for help.
IMPORTANT!
Apply the pelvic part of the 3-point securement system well along the pelvis so that
the inclination of the pelvic belt curves into the preferred zone (A) between 30° and
75° respect to the horizontal zone. A higher inclination is preferred, but never above
75°.
