5 Camera Heads and Spring Assembly
5.5.5 Adjusting the Star Skid
The fins of the star skid contain raised fin length indicators. Use these indicators to trim
the length of fins so it can fit into a smaller diameter pipe.
The fin lengths of the star skid is 6-inches. Using the length indicators as a guide the skid
can be trimmed to 5-inches or 4-inches in diameter.

5.5.6 Installing the Barrel Skid
1. Fully open the camera skid, place the spring into the
skid.
Position the skid so that the camera is level.
2. Close the camera skid and pinch the fins together
while pushing the screw into the hole.
3. Screw until tightened.
Do not overtighten or use excessive force!
