3.1. Intended Use
The VOLCANO MEDIC 2 Vaporization
System is intended for vaporizing and
then inhaling dronabinol (THC) dissol-
ved in alcohol or cannabinoids from
hemp flowers (cannabis flos).
The goal is the application of the active
ingredients in the human body via the
alveoli for the appropriate medical in-
dication.
It is suitable for the temporary inhalati-
ve application of cannabinoids prescri-
bed by a physician for use at home, in a
hospital, or doctor's office.
3.2. Side Effects
There are no known side effects from
using the device.
3.3. Contraindications
There are no contraindications speci-
fic to the device.
However, if the user is suffering from
respiratory tract or lung disease, the
device may only be used after con-
sultation and with the consent of the
treating physician. Depending on the
density, the vapors can irritate the re-
spiratory tract and lungs, which can
lead to coughing fits.
3.4. Intended users
Use is intended by patients who are ol-
der than 18 years.
