Possible cause/remedy
The device is being operated at the incorrect voltage.
Please check which version (115V/230V) of the
device you have, and ensure that you are using it at
the the correct voltage.
Device is faulty, please send it to our Service Center.
Check whether the set and actual temperatures are
the same (at least 180°C (356°F)).
Check whether the Filling Chamber and/or Valve
Balloon or Tube are correctly attached.
Check whether dronabinol has dropped onto the Filling
Pad or whether there is fresh, unused cannabis floss in
the Filling Chamber.
Check whether the pump is turned on.
Check whether the Filling Chamber and/or Valve
Balloon are correctly attached.
The automatic switch off has intervened. Switch the
heater or pump on again.
Check whether the Screen in the Filling Chamber Cap
is clogged or is not inserted into the notch properly.
Check whether the Filling Chamber was cleaned
according to the Instructions for Use.
