Your electric domestic hot water cylinder and the pack-
aging that comes with it are primarily made of recycla-
ble raw materials.
Unit
Neither your electric domestic hot water cylinder nor
any of its accessories should be disposed of as domestic
waste.
> Make sure the old unit and any accessories are dis-
posed of properly.
If your Vaillant unit is identified with this symbol,
it does not belong with your household waste at
the end of its useful life.
> In this case, make sure that the Vaillant unit and any
accessories are properly disposed of at the end of
their useful life.
As this Vaillant unit is covered by the law regarding the
marketing, return and environmentally friendly disposal
of electrical and electronic equipment (ElektroG in Ger-
many), the unit can be disposed of for free at a munici-
pal collection point.
Packaging
> Arrange for the recognised heating engineer who
installed the unit to dispose of the transport packaging.

14 Manufacturer's guarantee
We grant the owner of the unit a manufacturer's guaran-
tee in accordance with the terms and conditions set out
on the guarantee card.
All work covered by the warranty is performed by our
customer service.
We can therefore only reimburse any costs you incur for
work on the unit during the warranty period if we have
issued the order for the work and it is covered by the
warranty.
