23.Standby (Stby) is used during off
peak hours to conserve energy and
maximize oil life.
27.Repeat Cook Cycle. The last completed cook cycle will be shown.
Simply press this button to repeat the previous cook cycle. This may be useful if you
have a single product menu, or a multi-product menu with identical cook times.

and the oil will cool to, and maintain
at, 302°F.
26.Press Exit to heat the oil back to the
ready temperature.
