6. Press Manual Cook to enter any
cook time.
7. Press Preset Cook to choose a pre-
programmed cook cycle.
Most food products will have recommend-
ed cook times printed on their packaging.
Use those as a starting point.
12.Press the Page button to cycle though presets options.
Be sure to close the food entry chute prior to selecting a preset. The cook cycle will
begin immediately upon pressing the preset icon.

8. Enter cook time. To cook for 2 minutes
and 30 seconds, press 2,3, and 0.
9. The display will read 02:30. If you enter
the wrong time, press CLEAR and re-
enter your cook time.

10.Open the food entry door and place
the food in the chute.
11.Close the chute to drop the food
into the cook basket and press Start
or a preset icon to begin cook cycle.
13.The basket will lower into the oil and
the timer will begin to count down.
14.Press and hold the TEMP button to
display the current oil temperature.
15.Press +:15 button to add additional
time.
