OFF SCREEN
1. With the main door closed and
locked, press the POWER button.
3. The exhaust fan will start and the oil
will begin heating to 354°F. The
screen will display the current tem-
perature and a flame icon will ap-
pear to indicate the oil is heating.

4. At 250°F the basket will complete one
test cycle and then resume heating. You
will hear the baskets hitting the side
wall of the AutoFry. This is normal.

2. Press POWER again to power the
AutoFry on and begin heating.
After 30 seconds of inactivity, the
screen will revert to the OFF Screen.
5. At 325°F the screen will show Ready
but will continue to heat to 354°F.
You can now begin frying, however,
we recommend you wait until the
temperature reaches 354°F.
