Error Message Guide
Problems with the Induction Warmer are indicated on the LED display with an error code. Below is an explanation of each error
code. Always investigate and correct the causes of an error.

United States and Canada
The warranty on Hatco Induction Dry Wells is for two (2) years
from date of purchase or 30 months from date of shipping from
Hatco, whichever occurs first.
Warranty Problems
If you experience a problem with an Induction Dry Well during the
warranty period, contact the Hatco Parts and Service Team at:

When contacting Hatco for warranty service, please supply the
following information:
• Model of unit
• Serial number (located on the bottom of the unit)
• Specific problem with the unit
• Date of purchase
• Name of business
• Shipping address
• Contact name and phone number
Probable Cause
No power to unit.
Electronic controls defective.
Pan bottom is not touching the glass.
Error
Voltage of electrical system is too high for
the unit.
Voltage of electrical system is too low for the
unit.
The internal temperature of the unit has
exceeded the safe limit.
Unit is experiencing a disturbance in the
power supply and has shut down to protect
unit from damage.
Temperature sensor is defective.
Internal

against damage.
ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: Turn OFF power switch,
unplug power cord, and allow unit to cool before performing
any cleaning, adjustments, or maintenance.
Make sure power cord is plugged into an appropriate receptacle
(see SPECIFICATIONS section). Check circuit breaker and reset
as necessary. Check for damage to power cord. Check electrical
receptacle. Make sure the control cable is plugged in properly.

Check if handles are in vertical position. Make sure pan is not
sitting on the handles. Check if the pan bottom is flat.
