5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
1.
Attach the rear base frame (4) to the front base frame (11). Secure with the support plate (17)
and 2 sets of bolts (1k), washers (2d) and nuts (3d).
2.
Attach the vertical standpipe (2) to the front base frame (11). Secure with 2 sets of bolts
(1k), washers (2d) and nuts (3d).
3.
Attach one of the weight mounting plates (7) together with the cylindrical rubber bush-
ings (67) onto the rear base frame (38), and then insert the chrome-plated guide tubes (4).
Attach the tubes to the rear frame base (4) (2 sets of bolts (1d) and washers (2d)). Slide all
weight plates (16) onto the guide tubes (7).
Please note: The holes in the weight plates intended for the locking pin (41) must face
down. Otherwise the locking pin cannot be inserted.
4.
Guide the select rod (15) through the holes in the center of the weight plates (16).
5.
Slide the upper weight mounting sleeve (36) onto the select rod (15) and secure both parts
with the upper weight mounting pin (35). Slide the upper weight plate (14) onto the select
rods and position the upper weight mounting sleeve (36) in such a way that it fits into the
bottom of the upper weight plate (14). Place the washer (39) on the hole in the center of
the upper weight plate (14).
6.
Install the four 4 weight cover plates (68) on the weight mounting plate (67) that has been
attached to the base frame earlier. Install the weight mounting plate (67) on top of the
weight cover plates (68). Secure the assembly group with protective plate sleeves (69).

1.
Attach the seat tube (20) to the vertical standpipe (2). Secure with 2 sets of bolts (1k),
washers (2d) and nuts (3d).
2.
Attach the leg extension mount (26) to the seat tube (20). Secure with 1 screw (1m), washer
(2d) and nut (3d) each.
3.
Connect the biceps padding (33) to its support frame (25). Secure with 2 sets of bolts (1c)
and washers (2c).
4.
Using the biceps padding: Insert the biceps padding into the leg extension mount (26).
To do so, remove the (48) round head grooved pin first. Reattach the pin after installation
of the biceps padding.
5.
Install the cross braces (23, 24) and leg paddings (46).
6.
Attach the back cushion (28) to the vertical standpipe (2) and the seat cushion (29) to the
seat tube (20). Secure with 2 sets of bolts (1a) and washers (2d) each.
