STEP 3
1. Insert the upper lift arm mount (1) into the vertical standpipe (2). Secure with 2 sets of
bolts (1k), washers (2d) and nuts (3d). Do not tighten too firmly at this point.
2. Attach the chest press mount (18) to the upper lift arm mount (1). Secure with 1 set of

bolts (1f ), washers (2f ) and nuts (3f ).

3. Attach the left (9) and right butterfly braces (8) to the chest press mount (18) using the ball
pin (40)>. Secure with 2 sets of bolts (1g), nuts (3f ), and 4 washers (2f ).
Note: For every brace (8, 9), use 2 washers, 1 bolt and 1 nut each.

4. Slide the arm cushions (19) including PVC pad (37) onto both braces (8, 9). Then slide the

hand paddings (47) onto the handles that are welded to the braces (8, 9). Moisten the insides

of the paddings with some soapy water in order to facilitate installation of the paddings.

5. Attach the handles (12) to the inside or outside of both braces (8, 9) (according to your
needs). Secure with 1 bolt (1b), curved washer (2b) and nut (3b) each.
6. Attach the support frame (10) to the front of the vertical standpipe (2) and the pulley
mount bracket (3) to the rear of the standpipe (2). Secure with 2 sets of bolts (1n), wash-
ers (2f ) and nuts (3f ).
7. Attach the right (6) and left pulley mounts (5) to the pulley mount bracket (3). Secure with
2 sets of bolts (1g), washers (2f ) and nuts (3f ).
8. Insert the L-shaped locking pin (49) through the hole in the chest press mount (18). Attach
it to the other side using the knurled screw (32). When doing so, insert the curved end of
the locking pin into the hole of the support frame (10).
It depends on the type of exercise whether or not you have to insert the locking pin into
the hole.
