5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 5
1.
The 3 cable pulls of this device must be installed simultaneously with the pulley pad and
pulleys according to the detailed picture.
2.
Location of the cable pulls:
– The lower cable pull (45) extends from the leg extension mount to the front base frame.
There, it will be connected by the chain (42) responsible for the rope tension.
– The butterfly cable pull (44) extends from the left (9) to the right brace (8) and is to be
attached to both braces of the chest press mount.
– The weight mounting cable pull (43) starts at the upper cable pull, where the tube for
training the back muscles (27) is connected to the upper weight plate (15).

Use the chain (42) and cable ties (52) to adjust the rope tension accordingly.

Securely tighten all nuts and bolts.
5.
Attach the pull bar (13) to the end part of the cable pull (45), namely to the lower pulley

of the leg extension mount (26). Use the cable tie to do so.

Attach the tube of the upper pulley (27) to the end part of the weight mounting cable
pull (43), namely to the upper pulley of the lift arm mount (1).
7.
After having installed the cable pulls, you may select the desired weight for your exercise
using the locking pin (41).
The return pulley protection device prevents your fingers from being crushed by the
pulleys. Adjusting the protection device to the pulleys: C, E, F, G, J, K and L.
99 % of cable breakage is caused by dents in the pulleys. The cable pulls can get loose
due to tension loss. Check them for drooping. If such is the case, increase the tension
using the chain and the spring hook (i.e. reduce the chain by removing some chain links).
