Inserting / Changing the Battery

The training computer (3) must be detached from the device to open the battery
compartment:
– Remove the training computer from the holder.
– Pull the jack plug out of the training computer.
1. To open the battery compartment, press the locking catch on the battery compart-
ment cover and remove it.
2. Remove the used battery if necessary and insert a new battery (1.5 V, AAA type) into
the battery compartment. Ensure the correct polarity (+ / –).
3. Reinsert the battery compartment cover and fl ip it shut. When you do this, make sure
that the locking lugs sit correctly in the recesses which are provided for them. You
must hear and feel the battery compartment cover engage.
4. Connect the jack plug to the training computer again and slide it onto the holder.
If the performance of the training computer diminishes, the battery should be replaced.

7. Screw the left handle (1) tight on the left pedal
linkage. Do this using 2 x hexagon socket bolts
M8 and 2 x Ø 8 mm washers.
Attach the right handle (12) on the right pedal
linkage in the same way.
8. Insert the jack plug from the frame into the con-
necting socket on the training computer (3). This
connects the computer sensor to the pedals.
Slide the training computer onto the holder which
is provided for it.
