On the bottom of the device there is a tensioning device which you can use, if necessary, to
increase or reduce the tension a little more: To do this, you must flip the plastic clips down,
retighten or release the strap and then flip the plastic clips back up again.
Adjusting the Pedal Straps
You have the option of adjusting the strap size of the pedals. To do this, simply unscrew the
two cross-head screws on the pedals and adjust the straps to the size you want. Then tighten
the screws again.
Exercise Instructions
The exercises should be repeated approx. 15 to 20 times. Take a break of approx.
1 minute between the exercises in which you should do stretching exercises.

Place the training device on the floor and sit down on a comfortable chair
or armchair. Place your feet in the pedals and then you can start your leg
training session.
Simply place the training device on the table. Place your hands in the
pedals and then you can start training your arm muscles.
1. To change the battery, press the tab (A) on the top of the
computer and remove it from the main unit.
2. Remove the old battery and replace it with a new 1.5 V battery
(AAA or LR03 type). Pay attention to the correct polarity (+ / –).
3. Place the housing back into the main unit.
