2. Remove the 3 screws, the 6 washers and the V-belt
cover.
3. Examine the V-belt for damages and wear.
4. Push the V-belt with your tumb to examine the
tension. If you can push the V-belts a distance of
10–15 mm (A), the tension is correct.
5. Adjust the v-belt tension if it is necessery. Loosen
the 4 bolts of the motor and put strips below the
motor foot.
6. Replace the V-belt if it is necessary. Refer to
replace the V-belt on page 23 .
7. Install the V-belt cover.

strips if necessary.
5. Remove the small V-belt pulley and the V-belt.
6. Put the new V-belt on the large V-belt pulley.
7. Put the new V-belt around the small V-belt pulley.
8. Install the small V-belt pulley.
