necessary to adjust the blast pattern when you use
abrasive material with different dimension.
• The position of the lateral window in the control
cage.
• Different types and hardness of the surface.
To adjust the blast pattern
WARNING:
touch the cage clamps, feed spout and
blast wheel blades when the product is
on. Disconnect the power supply when you
adjust the blast pattern.

1. Open the separator door and look if there is abrasive
material in the hopper. If there is abrasive material
in the hopper, empty it. Refer to
material from the hopper on page 20 .
2. Disconnect the power plug.
3. Remove the hopper. Refer to
the hopper on page 20
4. Make a note of the position of the control cage. Use
the notch in the control cage (A) as a guide.

5. Loosen the cage clamps.
6. Examine the position of the control cage window.
7. Turn the control cage clockwise, if the hotspot is too
much on the right side.
