... the roller shutter gets stuck when
closing?
Possible causes: There is a fault in the
roller shutter box.
The roller shutter is too
light.
Disconnect the power supp-
ly line before performing
repairs.
Solution: Open the roller shutter box
and eliminate the fault.
If the roller shutter is too
light, weigh it down. For this
purpose, insert, for example,
a suitable fl at iron into the
lowest lamella.

... the roller shutter drive doesn't respond
anymore correctly in manual or automatic
mode?
Solution: Perform a software reset
according to page 22. Then repeat your
settings (see page 15).
Conduct test, if necessary, on the shutter
drive with the factory settings.
... the roller shutter does not go up in the
morning at the set time?
Possible causes: The electronic system
has turned off the drive during the
setting process for the bottom end stop
after a short time, because the guide
pulley has not moved. This is the case if:
- The reset button is pressed for too long
when setting the bottom end stop. The
lamellae of the roller shutter are closed,
but the webbing continues to unwind
and is not rigid on the pulley.
- The webbing has stretched and thereby
the bottom end stop has changed.
In this case too, the webbing is no longer
rigid on the pulley.
Solution: The webbing must not be slack
at any time.
- Reset the bottom end stop
Make sure that the webbing runs over the
pulley tightly and it rotates evenly during
deceleration, so long as you hold down
the Set button.
