Maintenance
You can clean the roller shutter drive
with a damp cloth.
Important
Please do not use strong or abrasive
detergents.
Please check your roller shutter drive
and all components regularly for
damage:
- The guide pulley on the roller shutter
box must run smoothly.
- The webbing should not be frayed.
- Replace damaged parts.
... doesn't the roller shutter stop at the
set end stops?
Possible cause: The webbing has stret-
ched and the end stops have changed
as a result.
Solution: You have to reset the end stops
(see page 16).
... the display fl ashes?
Possible cause: Power failure
Solution: Correct the cause of the power
failure and then check the display. If the
actual time appears, your roller shutter
drive is still active.
If the reset display appears, the power
outage was longer than 8 hours. All data
including the end stops are deleted.
Repeat all settings beginning on page 15.
... the roller shutter after installation
doesn't fully go up.
Possible cause: The setting of the top
end stop is not proper.
Solution: You have to reset the top end
stop (see page 16).
... no automatic commands executed-
despite set switching times?
Possible cause: Your roller shutter drive
might be in manual mode (MANU).
Solution: Switch on the roller shutter
drive in automatic mode (AUTO).
