9. Select the requested service from the list.
10. Confirm the overview of the selected service and the appropriate price with >Continue<.
11. Confirm the total overview with >Create< and create the fee-based ticket.
12. Wait for the ticket acceptance through a Hella Gutmann service technician.
NOTICE
The corresponding Hella Gutmann service technician will send a countdown if the ticket acceptance takes
some time.
Pay attention to notes and make preparations if necessary.
13. Once the ticket has created communication can then take place in the chat.
14. Now a HGS technician contacts you in the chat and gives you the necessary instructions.
NOTICE
The chat will be archived for logging the work steps.
15. Enter your answer in the empty text field and click to >Send< to confirm.
16. As soon as the Hella Gutmann service technician has closed the ticket, you can create a new ticket with >New tick-
et<.
7.3. Logging Out a User and Closing the App
Proceed as follows to log out the registered user:
1. Open the drop-down list with >Menu<.
2. Select >Log out<.
The user will be logged out.
3. Close the browser window.
The app is closed now.
