CAUTION!

bottom jars are sealed tightly to prevent water from getting inside.

Setting the canning temperature
•
Set the canning temperature depending on the product. Temperature and time
should be set in accordance with the information in the tables provided below or in
recipes.
•
Connect the device to a single grounded outlet.
•
When canning must be done at 100 ° C , set the temperature dial to the „MAX"
position.
NOTE!
Heating time is not part of the canning time. Count canning time at
temperatures from 30 ° C - 90 ° C from the moment the red control light goes
off, and when the temperature is set to „MAX" from the moment when the
water begins boiling.
