9.2 Replacing the filter screw

In the case of pin index connections, the filter
screw can be changed only by trained deal-
ers or by the manufacturer.
9.3 Replacing sealing ring
1. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly
before changing the sealing ring.
2. Take a small screwdriver and clean it
thoroughly with washing-up liquid. Then
rinse it with plenty of clean water and dry
the screwdriver thoroughly.
The screwdriver must be clean and free
from oil and grease to rule out any risk of
explosion.
3. Carefully lift out the sealing ring with the
cleaned screwdriver.
Important!
Take care not to damage the groove in which
the sealing ring is seated.
4. If necessary, clean the groove for the
sealing ring by wiping with a dry cloth.
You may also moisten the cloth slightly
with a little clean water.
5. Carefully press the new sealing ring into
the groove in the connecting union.
Never use a tool for this purpose.
