You may use any type of recipient with flat bottom,
even crystal glasses, or work directly in the sauce
pan on the stove.
Important: tall, narrow jugs are usually most
suitable for working in. Use small jugs for small
quantities and large ones for large quantities.
Check with care when using coated cooking pots,
in order to avoid scratches in the coating.
Tip: in order to prevent the jug from moving while
processing, put it on a damp cloth.
Take care to bring the ESGE-Zauberstab
receptacle, even on the stove, and not vice versa.

be absolutely clean (without grease or detergent
residues).
Place the appliance on the bottom of the jug,
switch on to lower speed and let it run for a few
seconds, then move it slowly up and down along
