ALARMS - READOUT
When an alarm occurs, the PF-6
activates the alarm contact and
turns on the alarm pilot light. The
alarm readout function displays all
currently outstanding alarm
situations. This function is not
available during calibration.
ALARM
CODE
COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PF-6 AND THE CONTROLLER IS DISRUPTED.
AL1
THERE IS A SHORT CIRCUIT BETWEEN THE GROUND WIRE OF THE SHIELDED CABLE
(POTENTIOMETER OR TEMPERATURE PROBE) AND THE ACTUATOR'S POTENTIOMETER.
AL2
CALIBRATION IS NOT VALID.
POTENTIOMETER IS NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY .
THE WINCH TRIED TO OPEN / CLOSE WHILE IT WAS LEANING ON A LIMIT SWITCH.
RECALIBRATE THE PF-6
AL3
THE LIMIT SWITCHES HAVE BEEN DISPLACED. RECALIBRATE THE PF-6
POTENTIOMETER IS DEFECTIVE.
AL4
TEMPERATURE PROBE IS DEFECTIVE OR NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY.

LOW TEMPERATURE ALARM.

HIGH TEMPERATURE ALARM.

RECEPTION OF AN UNPROGRAMMED STAGE
Settings
The display shows "No" alternating with "AL" when no alarms
have been detected. Otherwise, the display shows an alternat-
ing sequence of all outstanding alarms as "AL,X" where X is the
alarm number
.
If the potentiometer is defective, the PF-6 will operate in
security mode: when the room temperature is 2°F above
!
the set point, the inlet opens according to the cycle: 5
seconds ON, 120 seconds OFF. When the room
CAUTION
temperature is 2°F below the set point, the inlet closes
according to the same cycle.
