Conditions of Acceptibility

• The supply connector is suitable factory wiring only.
• Short Circuit and Breakdown of Component testing was conducted at uncalibrated mains (less than 5kA), using
the power supply Cat. no. PSI 9080-200 (rated max. 80 V, max. 200 A and max. 6 kW) manufactured by EPS.
The acceptability is to be judged in the end use.
• These devices shall be installed on the load side of power supply Cat. no. PSI 9080-200 manufactured by EPS and
one of the following:
A. Supplemental type fuse, (E10480.JDYX/2/8) Cat. No. 452, by Littlefuse Inc (rated 5 A, 125 Vdc; I.R. 50 A,
60 Vdc);
or
B. Multi Control Interface, Model 1103563 (AI) or Model 1103564 (BI) made by Interroll Engineering GmbH
(E496888).
• These devices have been evaluated in accordance with UL 50/50E and comply with the requirements for an
enclosure Type Rating 2.
We recommend using the Interroll High Performance power supply unit HP5424 or HP5448
(24 V DC/48 V DC)

Installation

¾ Connect the RollerDrive connector to the corresponding connection of the Interroll control system.
If no Interroll control system is used, an adapter cable must be used to connect the RollerDrive to the control
system (for pin assignment, see „RollerDrive connector AI" on page 34 resp. „RollerDrive connector BI" on
page 35). Cutting off the RollerDrive connector will void the warranty.
When using an extension cable to connect the RollerDrive, a max. length of 10 m must not be exceeded.
