5 ROCKET EXPRESS TECHNOLOGY
The Rocket Express oven uses a combina on of hea ng for high-speed forced air
convec on and microwave energy to heat forced food more quickly than the
conven onal methods.
The figure below illustrates the steps involving the technology:
a)
Internal hea ng elements transfer thermal energy to the circula ng air.
b)
The blower motor circulates air at high speed and envelops the food.
c)
The circula ng air goes through the catalyst where the grease laden vapors
are broken down.
d)
The bo om heater helps the heat transfer within the chamber.
e)
At the same me, Magnetrons generate energy via microwave that evenly
heats the food water molecules.
