4.3 ELECTRIC POWER

Note: The oven must be properly configured for op mum performance before using
for the first me. Follow the steps listed below to set the oven opera ng system to
either 208V or 240V supply voltage based on the voltage being supplied at the oven's
receptacle. This configura on step is only performed on the ini al set-up and
installa on. The oven will not need to be configured again as long as the supply voltage
remains unchanged.
The ovens are shipped in a defaulted posi on of 240V for safety unless specified on the
original purchase order. Changes to this set voltage can be easily done by following the
instruc ons listed below. Please contact Pra ca Technical Support for more

1. Verify the supply voltage. If this knowledge is not readily available,
please use a qualified technician or individual familiar and comfortable
with electricity to take the measurements. Care must be used to avoid
electrical shock. Confirm the electrical configura on of the receptacle
conforms to the electrical specifica on in the table below and wri en
on the oven's data plate located on the back of the unit.
2. Connect the oven to the power supply and turn on.
3. Press
for access to Menu screen.
4. Press
to enter the Se ngs screen.
5. Enter password 456789 and press

6. Press
to access the second Se ngs screen.
7. Press
to enter the Voltage screen.
