Do Not Clean Door Gasket – The door gasket is essen al for a good seal. Care should

be taken not to rub, damage, or move the gasket.
Do Not Use Oven Cleaners – No commercial oven cleaner or oven liner protec ve

coa ng of any kind should be used in or around any part of the oven.

Daily cleaning is required to remove grease from equipment. For more details, see

Some products such as whole eggs and sealed containers – for example, closed

glass jars – are able to explode and should not be heated in this oven.
Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in the manual. Do not use

corrosive chemicals or vapors in this appliance. This type of oven is specifically
designed to heat, cook, or dry food. It is not designed for industrial or laboratory
use.
